Tibetan Massage
Tibetan doctors were probably the first to design the concept of Holistic Medicine and Integrative Medicine (body, mind, soul and ecosystem). In the seventh century D.C. Tibetan medicine was developed from dedicated study and research of information from physicians in India, China, Nepal , Persia, and Greece.
The Tibetan massage is one of the supported techniques of the treatment of disorders of mood “wind” (Lumg). It is a combination of Hindu massage technique, Greco-Arab fighters massage, and of China along with the characteristics of the indigenous culture Bon-Pe, creating an original system of the Tibetan massage.
