At the time of making your appointment, you are requested to inform us if there is any medical condition, allergy or injury, which may affect the service you want.
It is important to arrive 15 or 20 minutes before your appointment. In the case of being late, we will make every effort to serve you, without
affecting other customers. The length of your service can be reduced to avoid delays.

We recommend that you reconfirm your appointment in advance. But in case you need to change the time of your reservation or cancel it we ask you to communicate with us with 24 hours in advance.
