The living room has AC and sofa which converts to a single/double bed . The bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan, it is opened to the living room so the AC works throughout. The bathroom has a shower with tempered glass.
There is a TV with cable and the wifi available in the condo. There is a private balcony with a breathtaking view with a table where you can enjoy the sunrise view drinking a tipical dominican coffe.Guest accessThe brand new residence has got a private underground parking, rooftop terrace with an ocean view, a pool and lounge área. There is a laundry service , restaurants,shops on the main floor, a mini market and beauty salón right across the street.
You can enjoy your breakfast at Joy Nutritional Popsicle (5 min walk), the food is healthy & delicious ,the vibe is fun & welcoming & popsicle variety is mouth watering!Other things to notePlease note that all electricity consumed during your stay must be paid for upon check out. I will read the meter (with you) upon arrival and departure.

Electricity consumed during your stay will be charged at 15 pesos per unit (subject to change). The meter will be read when you arrive and when you depart.
For example: if during your stay you will use 50 units (1unit=15pesos), that would be the total of 750 pesos, which is equivalent to $15 USD.
