Acupressure
Acupressure is based on the principles of acupuncture, using pressure and micro-massage pressure in specific points. It works on different parts of the body referred to as 'Meridians' exerting pressure for energy release. It can work clockwise or counter clockwise depending on whether we want to enable or cedate a certain point.
The pressure can be exerted with fingers, knuckles, and elbows.
Massaging acupressure points by a qualified therapist can be very effective for both prevention and treatment of many health problems.
